2013 Participation Form

Please fill in your details if you are intersted in participating. Upon submitting your details an email with rules will be sent to your email address indicating the requirements, including recipe and photo deadline submission date.

NorCliff will provide the Top 3 Chefs with frozen Fiddleheads, as well as $200 to prepare for the event.

This year we are also running a College Student competition, recipes will need to be submitted and one winner will be chosen to gain experience and knowledge alongside our celebrity chefs at the “So You Think You Can Cook” Culinary Competition/SickKids Fundraiser. The winner will also receive a cheque for $200 and plenty of media attention.

Judging will be based on: Taste, Appearance, Creativity and Appeal.

Every entry must be the bonafied work of the contestant. Judges may request clarification.

NorCliff Farms Inc. reserves all rights as to the entries in the NorCliff "So You Think You Can Cook?" fiddlehead culinary challenge for public relations and promotional activities, at the discretion of NorCliff Farms Inc.
