Chef Massimo Capra
Italian expatriate Massimo Capra is the Chef co-owner of Mistura Restaurant and the exclusive Sopra Upper Lounge. These two well-known restaurants in Toronto, offer fine contemporary Italian cuisine and live music venue. 


Amazing he is now the author of “One Pot Italian” and the newly released “Three Chefs, the kitchen men”, Chef Capra writes regularly for “The Globe & Mail” Life section. Massimo regularly makes appearances as a guest expert on Citytv, CityLine and as a chef host on the hit series Restaurant Makeover on the Food Network. He currently is developing a new show called Gourmet Escape and has appeared on several cooking shows including The Beer Buddies, The Movable Feast, Buddies of the Vine, Christine Cushing Live, Three Takes and many others.


Julie Daniluk
Julie Danliuk hosts Healthy Gourmet, a reality cooking show that highlights the ongoing battle between taste and nutrition which has been chosen to be part of OWN (the Oprah Winfrey Network). She enjoys creating recipes for www.chatelaine.com  and is a regular contributor to the Marilyn Denis Show on CTV. Daniluk’s first book, Meals hat Heal inflammation (Random House), has helped thousands of people enjoy allergy-free foods that taste great and assist the body in the healing process. Julie offers nutrition tips each week on her website www.juliedaniluk.com


Chef Jason Parsons
Chef Jason Parsons is the General Manager and Executive Chef of Peller Estates Winery Restaurant in Niagara-on-the-Lake. Jason is a member of 3 Chefs; he is occasionally featured as a guest expert on CityLine, and has recently contributed to writing the cookbook entitled “Three Chefs – The Kitchen Men.”


Joy McCarthy
Joy McCarthy is a Registered/Certified Holistic Nutritionist, Nutrition & Health Expert for Global TV’s The Morning Show and founder of www.joyoushealth.ca.  She is a nutrition coach to clients from around the entire world – from Australia, to Europe, Canada and the U.S.A. She is the co-creator of Toronto’s first integrated nutrition and yoga program called Eat Well Feel well and a freelance health writer with a column in two health magazines. She has been featured and interviewed as an expert on CTV News, CBC Radio, Globe & Mail, Toronto Star and various magazines including Chatelaine, Canadian Living, FASHION, Elle Canada and more. 


The President of NorCliff Inc. Nick Secord

Nick Secord is the president of NorCliff Farms Inc. and started working with fiddleheads back in the early 1970’s when they washed them by hand  in a wire basket at the edge of a brook and packed them into jute bags for retail sales. He has brought the company from a local operation to a company that produces and sells fiddleheads on a national bases and employees over 60 people. The main plant is now state of the art and is both federally and provincially inspected.
